The Role:
This is not a typical front desk position. This role is the heartbeat of our patient experience—requiring focus, composure, and ownership across scheduling, patient flow, pre-screening, and optical support.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage front desk operations (phones, scheduling, check-in/out).
- Guide patients through pre-screening and intake with confidence and accuracy.
- Support optical services, including frame and lens selection and patient education.
- Maintain steady patient flow while delivering a warm, professional experience.
- Ensure accuracy, organization, and follow-through in all responsibilities.
